In the summer of 2012 we produced a video for Central Hudson that essentially needed to show the connection between a large company and it’s local community. To complete this project, we worked with Central Hudson’s clients, Adams Fairacre Farms and Marshall & Sterling. Captured footage of local businesses established the close relationship Central Hudson has with their clients. Footage of the employees working throughout the local streets to appreciative residents of the area were incorporated into the :30 video.
While we were working on two separate videos for Central Hudson, our minds were open to shots that would be suitable for this video. Since Central Hudson wanted local businesses and members to be focused in the video a lot of preparation, time, and creative thought went into the production. Steering away from actors and having employees in the video supported the message Central Hudson wanted to get across- they may be a large company but their ties are in their local community.
