Chan Noether is the Criminal Justice Division Director at Policy Research Associates, dealing with research training and assistance with behavioral health. In search of a creative media company to help promote their mission, Ellenbogen worked with Chan to create a fluent and comprehensive video.

This project being Chan’s first experience working with a video production company, he was unsure of what to expect of the process and ultimately its outcome. The team here at Ellenbogen and the experience we have to have offer has exceeded his expectations. The video has been utilized around the country for training assistance, receiving excellent feedback from associates and trainees alike.
