Sotheby’s International Realty, one of the world’s most prestigious real estate companies, chose The Ellenbogen Group to produce an engaging five-minute video to help sell a lavish Midtown Manhattan residence. Sotheby’s had mostly been using still photography in print brochures, and the internet to help spark interest in their properties, and although video has been used for years in the real estate business, this was their first foray into video for marketing.
Sotheby’s Senior Vice President, Lois Nasser, remarked, “I am more than pleased with The Ellenbogen Group’s professional manner and artistic expertise. They completely captured the value of the luxurious apartment and available amenities.”
The apartment owner stated, “The video is perfection, excellent work completed under difficult conditions. Congratulations on a fine effort. I would not hesitate to recommend your firm to others who require such a video”.
With a close attention to detail, the video exhibits what the apartment has to offer, featuring the spacious interior, breathtaking views, and beautiful grounds.
To prevent any disturbances and to provide anonymity to other building occupants, our crew was unobtrusive and discrete throughout the shoot.
At Ellenbogen we featured our new soft lighting system for shadowless lighting, and Jib Arm crane for sweeping camera moves, Canon DSLR cameras, and specialty Zeiss wide angle prime lenses to capture the fine detail and beauty of the luxury apartment. The script was written and narrated by well-known author and novelist, Graham Blackburn, and directed and shot by award-winning cinematographer, Zoltan David
