The Ellenbogen team began production on a kids music video for 4eProductions, an entertainment company from Orange County, NY.  The music video was staring a cast of about a dozen talented kids performing one of twelve songs from their traveling musical “Letters to Daddy” which just wrapped production. The video included cast interviews shot on the green screen in studio B and performances of the song in studio A with a creative use of illuminated world globes. Directed by Zoltan David, this video will be edited into two videos; a marketing video to show prospective investors and sponsors, and a artsy music video as an entrainment piece to be distributed to schools.

The kids also recorded and tracked all twelve songs to create a new CD at K-town Studios (the recording studios just below our TV studios).

Post production will begin next week and we expect to deliver the completed videos by mid September. We will post it on Vimeo when it is finished.

About Letters to Daddy: Letters to Daddy – The Musical Key to Bully-Free, is an original, musical production that offers a proactive, theatrical approach to empowering children and making us all aware that there is more to a person’s character than what we see on the outside. It’s a transformational program that opens doors to understanding through inspirational songs, peer-to-peer influence and collaboration to resolve challenging issues. Audiences are captivated as Caroline Turner’s awful day magically turns into an awesome day, while the only thing that changes is her perspective. The cast is made up entirely of children who bring their own truths (and often their pain) to the surface through their characters on stage, all for the benefit of the audience. Letters to Daddy is produced by 4eProductions, whose mission is to “enlighten, empower and enrich everyone.”

Headless Horseman Hayrides and Haunted Houses is the number one haunted attraction in the country and they are celebrating their 20th anniversary this year. For the past five years, Ellenbogen Creative has been producing their online promotional videos and each year, rated number one in America for a video contest put on by Hauntworld.com, the leading haunted attraction web portal. Why should this year be any different. The production team at Ellenbogen shot the majority of the footage last Fall (2011 season) and did the post production video and sound imaging during the summer 2012 to produce what you see here, enjoy!
If you think this video is scary, you should see the actual attraction live in person, if you dare.

What better way to show off an incredible new senior housing facility then having the residents tell their story. That’s exactly what we did in a series of classy testimonial videos for Woodland Pond in New Paltz, NY.  You might think you are at a four star resort, but it’s HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley’s premier new senior and assisted living development. Ellenbogen produced a series of videos that are used as a promotional and information tool on the Woodland Pond website. Each story is true to life with real accounts from overwhelmingly satisfied residents. Testimonial, when well executed, are one of the best tools a company can use to help add credibility to any website. Have Ellenbogen produce one for your company.

Here are segments of the most recent testimonial videos.

Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation sponsored a “Food for Thought” seminar in White Plains, NY in the Reckson Center Building and threw a great networking event upstairs in Heineken’s famous corporate bar.
The seminar lasted about an hour and covered the important topic of Intellectual Property  including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and website registration relating to the food and beverage industry. The seminar was presented by attorneys from one of the largest IP law firms in the country, LEASON ELLIS based in White Plains.

The Ellenbogen team shot interviews before and after the event, and covered the seminar with HD video cameras and a complement of wireless audio systems.

The video will be posted on the HVEDC website for later viewing.

Ellenbogen is also a founding member of the Hudson Valley Food and Beverage Alliance, and Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation, the organizers of this great event.

The production team at Ellenbogen has been busy the past couple of months shooting a series television commercials that will hit the airwaves next week. The original concept for the commercials “Do you do this?” and “Always on” were conceived by the in-house marketing and sales team at Central Hudson. The plan was to shoot very high quality imagery of various occupations and activities that people in the Hudson Valley do, requiring gas and electric energy. Upon the first edit, criticism came back from Central Hudson that the spots looked “too national and professional,” a complement. (I guess) We then went out and shot more recognizable Hudson Valley locations, which satisfied their concerns.  The second spot is currently in production and will begin running in September. Check out the finished commercial.

In an effort to showcase Orange Regional Medical Center’s new Rowley Family Birth Place in Middletown, NY, the production team at Ellenbogen and PR/Advertising agency Focus Media, just released the new video tour. The hotel-like setting, warm decor, and friendly staff make it seem anything like an ordinary hospital. The high tech design and latest medical technology ensure the best care too. Expecting mothers want a walking tour of the facility, but this is often not feasible. The video provides the next best thing, (or even better) a narrated virtual tour showing all the great amenities. The script and concept was developed in conjunction with Focus Media staff and the marketing team at ORMC. The production was shot and editing by the team at Ellenbogen. The video was shot all in one day using as much natural lighting as possible with extremely fast and sensitive prime lenses. The camera was mounted on a Jib arm crane to achieve sweeping, smooth motion footage.

Ellenbogen, in conjunction with FocusMedia develops a new television campaign for Ulster County Tourism targeted toward metro NY residents. The pre-production phase is underway. So far the development storyboards have been created and production will begin in a couple of weeks with a finished 30 sec spot just in time for Ulster’s tourism season to kick into high gear.

We finished the commercial after a three day shoot and our post-production team went right to work to meet the deadline of Monday 5/21 air date on ABC’s Good Morning America.

Here is a look at the final production:

Tischler Dental has launched (yet again) another revolutionary service offering for patients with missing teeth. Tischler is introducing the Prettau Bridge, the first company in the US to offer this product.  Ellenbogen was the first call when Dr. Tischler decided to work on a digital marketing campaign.  “We need a really good TV commercial and we need it immediately,” said Dr. Tischler.  In a week the Ellenbogen team had developed a concept, wrote two commercial scripts, organized the production, shot all the interviews and b-roll, and delivered the final edit ready for air.  “I love working with a creative team that knows exactly what I want and that is able to deliver it  when I need it,” said Tischler.

Ellenbogen is now working on accompanying videos to promote Tischler’s Prettau Bridge that will be prominent on the Tischler Dental.com website. Much of the footage for the videos were shot during the television commercial production process, another strength of Ellenbogen’s, integration and multi-purpose use of digital assets.

Since 2001, the team at Ellenbogen Creative have been working with Dr. Michael Tischler to produce the most elegant and effective television commercial campaigns. Dr. Tischler attributes much of his overwhelming success, as one of the leading dental practices in the country, to his clever commercial and website video content. This will be the fourth television campaign that Ellenbogen has produced for Tischler Dental. The previous campaigns were so successful that Tischler licensees the commercials to other dentists world-wide (the US, Europe, and Australia) for use on local tv channels.
